Workload Control Configuration

The Workload Control Component can be shown next to the Order Pool as shown in the picture below.

Component Settings

The Workload Control graphs makes use of the 24Flow Workload Control Graph component:

This component takes as input the Order Pool Settings, and in this way, the Workload Control Graph is linked to a particular Order Pool.

Team Settings

The Workload Norm is defined at the level of the team and uses the following logic:

  • Workload Days: the maximum number of days of workload (WIP) for this team.

  • The Workload Norm (in hours) is then computed based on the weekly average daily capacity for that team multiplied by the Workload Days.

  • Calculated Workload: the calculated workload is the actual (normalized) workload for that team and is expressed in minutes.
