Order Pool and 24Planning

Order Pool has been designed to do automated short term planning for your production orders based on material availability, delivery dates, production types and work in progress. 

Production on the shopfloor can also be impacted by other factors such as illness of operators or machine maintenance or breakdown. 24Planning allows you to view and simulate the impact of these additional constraints on production. 24Planning is a visual planning tool where you can visualize the production orders as computed by Order Pool. Constraints can be modeled based on e.g. personnel and machines availability and an easy to understand color scheme can reveal production bottlenecks. Planners can then simulate alternative scenarios, by dragging and dropping production orders in the planning tool.

Order Pool and Team Cockpit

Once orders have been released via the Order Pool application, they become visible on the shopfloor. 24Flow’s Team Cockpit application is the application used by operators on the shopfloor at a workcenter. Team Cockpit is typically displayed on a large screen located at each workcenter and allows operators to view work-in-progress, the buffer as well as orders that are coming. Via Team Cockpit, operators can claim orders and register time worked on each operation. In addition, Team Cockpit comes with a number of other optional applications that all center around visibility and productivity for the front-line worker.
